Both of these cities are at 28N, yet have very different climates. Changsha probably has one of the coldest winters on that latitude at sea level, with hot humid summers to boot. Meanwhile Las Palmas has technically tropical temperatures but is too dry to be classed as one. Do you prefer the more distinct seasons of Changsha, albeit with low sunshine? Or does the perpetually warm, dry and sunny climate of Las Palmas speak to you more? Changsha, ChinaLas Palmas, Spain

Changsha easily. Relatively sunny for that area anyway.

Changsha
Las Palmas is more comfortable, sure, but it's the ultimate "70 and sunny every day" climate. Changsha is vastly more interesting, and still doesn't have any offensive seasons in its own right.

Las Palmas for the temperature.

I was tempted to go with Las Palmas for not having disgusting winter cloud, but Changsha ultimately wins due to better temps, especially in summer

Las Palmas easily. Changsha has better temps but gets an offensive amount of warm rain.

Las Palmas for better temps and much better sunshine, despite being a desert

It's a huge shame that Las Palmas is being compared to such a terrible climate.

Las Palmas is comfortable year round, but itโs one of those โtoo perfectโ climates. So reluctantly Iโll go with Changsha for more variety.
