Dallas
Warmest year-round. Summers might be a bit too toasty for me but the winters are definitely the best of the bunch.

Dallas - pretty decent "continental subtropical" climate.

Forgot the BOM, Melbourne Australia. Using 1961-90 avgs to make this record cold crummer 2C warmer than "normal" to save face and spruik their agenda.
Dallas, easy choice.

NYC is the best climate.
I think the Wuhan conspiracy could have some truth to it. Katowice, of course, not.

Dallas for being the warmest year-round, and getting decent rain and summer humidity.

Dallas easily, best temps and also lacks Wuhan's washout crummers.

Wuhan has the best temps, but it is much too cloudy and oppressive in summer. Hence, I would choose Dallas, which is pretty good excluding June-September temp wise (although rather cool and variable winters for me) Also has a fair amount of rain and plenty of sun
