Seattle for being cold and oceanic. Seattle is not an oceanic climate. It is simply just a cooler Mediterranean climate. Most, if not all major population centers along the I-5 corridor are Mediterranean climates but temperature, annual precipitation, and snowfall vary.

Redding
Despite being farther north than Sacramento, it's warmer most of the year, especially where it counts. Rainfall is much better than Sacramento too.

Redding, best combo of high rainfall and warm temps. Perfect climate except for the midsummer being slightly too hot. Awesome selection of climates here.

Record highs of almost 100F in November and 90F in January?!!! Averages look awesome though, plus record lows don't look too cold. Record highs don't matter much how I view a climate, especially winter record highs. It is much more important to me that winter has an absence of extreme cold and snow cover than some random warm days.

Record highs of almost 100F in November and 90F in January?!!! There is a recurring northerly foehn wind in Redding that behaves much like the Chetco wind in Brookings, OR. In fact, their warmest winter setups are largely the same.
