Guanajuato for being the mildest. Some of these had really cold nights wtf (despite their pleasant days), so I couldn't really go with them.

Santa Fe, winter kinda sucks though. Zacatecas would win if it was wetter but in not a fan of an 8 month dry season with those temps.

Chihuahua for the best temps of the bunch. Going off temps here pretty strictly, because these all have backwards rainfall patterns.

Close call between El Paso and Chihuahua, though I'll give it to El Paso for the warmer summers (both highs and lows) on average.

Difficult choice but I'll go with Albuquerque for the good amount of seasonality while still being overall moderate
