I've seen the concept of taking one month from each of the last 12 years and creating a climate out of them. Could be one for each month of the year or 12 copies of the same month. But if you had to have 12 copies of the same month in your climate, one from each of the last 12 years (2012-23, or 2013-24 if you choose January or February), which month would you prefer? It could be at whatever latitude you want and day length/sun angle will take care of itself; don't feel like you're forever stuck with short days and low sun if you choose December/June. If you can't be bothered to create a climate it's fine to speculate. For example, here's Eternal SLO November. In order, the Novembers are taken from 2022, 2015, 2019, 2016, 2020, 2013, 2021, 2017, 2014, 2023, 2018, and 2012. Eternal March is also decent, taken from 2023, 2020, 2019, 2012, 2021, 2022, 2015, 2013, 2014, 2017, 2016, and 2018. A bit wet but still a preferable rain amount to November, while I prefer November's temps.

Eternal Fort Collins May is an A+ and has everything Iโd want. This would be absolutely amazing, not too mention itโs a really pretty time of year. Thunderstorms: 94 Mean high max: 86 Mean low min: 31 Mean low max: 48 Mean high min: 55

Eternal London July 2012-2023. I've made Las Palmas with thunderstorms. Interestingly the rainfall and rain days are still quite realistic. July 2012, 2015, 2017, 2016, 2019, 2013, 2018, 2022, 2014, 2021, 2020, 2023

Eternal July here for 2012-2023: Years are in sync (i.e. "Jan" is 2012, and "Dec" is 2023), you'd get a tropical paradise. I'd probably crave a bit cooler and more variable weather after a while, hence why I voted June, would be better (will make a box for it later), but I can also see myself finding those temps very livable if I were to stop caring about the weather someday, as I prefer temps to lean towards the warm side of the pleasant spectrum as opposed to the cool side. Edit: 2023 ("Dec") has a daily mean based on 5-minute data and not max/min / 2, the max/min / 2 for 2023 is 82.3ยฐF

Infinite July in the places I've lived would be very convenient. No snow, less rain typically, pleasant outdoor temperatures, not too hot and never cold. Some of these Julys are absolute howlers from when I lived in a town in the Peak District at 1,000ft MSL. It's clear it's a little blighted by that "other" location, but it gives it more variation than otherwise.

Paris in April and May generally have the best weather. Reason why I didn't choose the autumn: Early September last year was unbearably too hot, October can have weeks without a proper sunshine and small diurnal range tend to happen more frequently as the month goes toward November. Eternal Paris April JAN: 2012 FEB: 2021 MAR: 2013 APR: 2017 MAY: 2019 JUN: 2014 JUL: 2020 AUG: 2018 SEP: 2015 OCT: 2022 (Snow accumulated on the 1st!) NOV: 2023 DEC: 2016 - Eternal Paris May JAN: 2013 FEB: 2021 MAR: 2014 APR: 2016 (First time ever visiting the city, remember an intense thundershower on the 28th afternoon) MAY: 2012 JUN: 2017 (Missing sunshine data on the 30th and 31st. Borrowed Roissy and Orly data to apply) JUL: 2022 AUG: 2018 SEP: 2020 OCT: 2023 NOV: 2015 DEC: 2019

My first thought was July, but then I saw that August is a bit cooler and more variable than overall July, therefore more interesting.
Years: 2014, 2016, 2023, 2013, 2019, 2022, 2017, 2012, 2018, 2015, 2020, 2021
To me it looks like a higher elevation/wetter Honolulu, with a bit more pronounced record highs and lows. The precipitation pattern kinda resembles the Mediterranean one, and interestingly enough, it almost has the exact same precipitation amount as my standard climate.
By the way, great idea for a thread arcleo

I don't have time to make a box at the moment, but I'll go with October. You can get hot weather, cold weather, winter weather, and thunderstorms all in the month of October. Most Octobers don't have freezes, so you can have a growing season.

This is variation on the theme using months only from the spring season (rather than just one month). Spring has tended dry here lately so this is what we get just using spring months. I actually like it. Sunnier, drier and while cool it's comfortable all year.

Endless October.Very pleasant with good sunshine and is surprisingly wet for spring (A-). I decided to change the order of some months (such as January and February) as some Octobers are not the sunniest. Humidity (and by extension dew point) are from link and from an online calculator respectively. Sunshine (and percent possible) from link.

I'll go with June. Has the most varied weather while being at the same time comfortable. I was tempted to go with May, but that would be too much of an oceanic climate with relatively weak growing periods and freezes possible in every single month. Oh and May has hit 30C exactly once, in 1995, so the eternal one for the last 12 Mays would mean that the climate would've never hit 30C which is depressing. 29.4C would be the record high.
So Eternal June Turku looks like a coastal Bay Area climate:
Months:
2012 1 2015 2 2018 3 2023 4 2019 5 2022 6 2021 7 2020 8 2013 9 2016 10 2014 11 2017 12

As promised, I'm posting a box for perpetual June here, which is closer to ideal. Comfortably warm temps year round, though a bit more variable than the eternal July. Pretty near ideal for a climate with little thermal seasonality. Chronology from Jan to Dec: 2023; 2012; 2017; 2019; 2016; 2013; 2015; 2014; 2018; 2022; 2021; 2020
