How about a climate battle between the two semi-arid Spanish-speaking capitals? They have similar climates in many ways but with some differences. I used the city center park UHI stations for both so it's a fair comparison.

Madrid is surprisingly cold for what it is typically depicited as, basically like Rome's climate but its more like Willamsburg, VA without all the good rain
