One more dry day, then wet pattern coming back. High t-storm chances most days.

Nothing spectacular but nice to have some consistent warm weather, we've skipped April and May completely so about time. Edit - sorry forgot to crop That's a great forecast for early June. It feels so nice though doesn't it. Everybody just seems happier when the weather is nice, more so after the shite spring. Yeah just in time for summer. Definitely feels nice and warmer than it would otherwise, temperatures are up almost 10c to what they've struggled at recently

Variable enough for winter. Could be getting quite cold and wet after next Monday, we'll see what happens.

jetshnl You lucky bastard! Not bad here either, similar to yesterday—keep in mind that EC is usually too conservative on the temperatures.

According to WO the warm sunny streak will continue, and just get warmer and warmer (and maybe a little less sunny). Let's hope this happens. Interestingly, the last three Mays have all been very cold, and the last three Junes have all been very warm. Will this June also be warm? SMHI is less optimistic and seems to think we'll return to normal cloudy June weather in a week. Yr is more in line with WO.

The first day of June and the local BOM are predicting early morning showers across The Top End tomorrow, up to 5mm worth. I doubt they'll occur in the Darwin region, but may well happen in inland areas.

I thought most of Scandinavia it was pretty normal to be mostly sunny rather than cloudy in summer? Or is it just due to the longer daylength? I certainly seem to see every summer that 400+ hours are recorded regularly somewhere there

Sunny and stable with a weak front next weekend bringing some showers. Afterwards it is predicted to be cloudier and possibly wetter.

I meant normal cloudy june weather more like normal june temps, with cloudy weather, rather than cloudy weather being the norm.

The June record high could be under threat with this unseasonably hot forecast:

Is this the year that the 13 June curse finally gets broken?

Kinda boring. Some nice rain the next few days but I'm not liking how it's drying out towards the end.

Found that WeatherOnline actually does a forecast for my current location, which is a few miles north of Portsmouth, where lows are cooler & highs a little warmer. Looks to be staying mostly dry & warm.
