Not sure if youre being sarcastic or just dont use wunderground. Because thats normal, those max and mins are your record lows and highs for each date. Pretty cool, and its just sunny because thats easy to show that its changed from forecast to daily records. If youre being sarcastic then good one.

Kinda useful. Pretty good for some cities, including perth but supposedly awful for others cities.

I only use the official BOM site for forecasts and obs. For Australia, anything that's not the BOM is worthless and not even worth considering.
