Low-20's forecast for the weekend. Might have a weekend BBQ if this checks out.

Not sure if it will get up to 74F today due to the low clouds earlier today. Temps will warm up and it could get up to the mid 80's on Sunday.

I'll believe it when I see it, but there you go... The BBC models seem very confident that the south east will get it, the question is how far north the warmth will drift. Currently we seem to be inside it.

21 C at your latitude in mid-October is quite remarkable. Yeah, yeah I know you guys are mild, but still.
I'd post my forecast, but it's literally the same exact bullshit I posted days ago. No change.

We can get into the mid/late 20's in October, I think the overall UK record for that month is 29.9C which was set in 2011. Then the maximum possible for November is 22.4C, which was recorded in mid-Wales two years ago.

October/November wouldn't be October/November these days without some abnormal mildness.
Not only did we break our October record by about four degrees (I'd have to look it up to be certain) a few years ago, the record for November always used to be 16.2C, but the past three years we've had 18.5C on 31st October 2014, 18.2C on 1st November 2015 and 17.0C on 31st October 2016!

Late 2015 was just freakishly mild. I'll have to double check, but I reckon the last freeze we had that year might have been in March or April.

ABSOLUTELY GLORIOUS FOR THE NEXT TWO DAYS. ... Then back to slightly below average for the rest of the week. www.bom.gov.au/wa/forecasts/perth.shtmlStill, the next two days is when I'm going everything anyway so that's fine.

20C today followed by this: The remains of Hurricane Ophelia are bringing unseasonably warm temperatures and then storm conditions in the coming days. A 17C low on the 14th of October
