A lot to choose from, good effort thread! I will choose Key West.

Pago Pago. Hilo is better, but Kahuna Falls is too wet with likely worse temps as well. Key West has better temps but is way too arid for me.

I'm gonna go with Key West myself. Indio has more interesting temps, though it's too god damn dry.

Highest monthly snowy days(Munising, Michigan). There are numerous locations have higher days than Munising in the western coastal of Tōhoku/Hokkaido.

They all suck, so it’s an easy win for Key West, by far the most comfortable of this sorry lot.

Key West, a nearly perfect climate. Excellent mix of having enough rain to keep the landscape lush but having enough sun to be outside most of the time. American Samoa is good too, it just has too many rainy days.

American Samoa is good too, it just has too many rainy days. Key West honestly isn't that lush. 40" annually with tropical temps is, thankfully, not really all that lush due to the high evaporation rates. Even marginally milder, wetter climates in south and central FL are "subhumid".

That may be true, however, stereotypical tropical plants thrive there, such as coconut palms, mango trees, royal poinciana, monstera deliciosa, etc.

Both mango and royal poinciana are in fact native to climates with extreme dry seasons.

Wow, I never thought we'd agree in a selection like this. My parents own a cabin near Munising. Beautiful place; horrible climate.
