What Koppen climate type is the most beneficial for building and mantaining civilizations?

Cfb, OBVIIOUOUUUUUUUUUSSSSSSSSLEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
So, for a more civialised country/city, as we have in for example Britain, a climate with comfortable temperatures and even rainfall is ideal. So that rules out Cwa/Csa. There's no need for excessive heat, so that rules out Cfa (there are quite a lot of heat related deaths in hot summer climates). Cfb climates with winters on the milder side, (milder than Britain, and like my dream climate which has no frosts) but with summers just below the Cfa 22°C isotherm. My dream climate actually is the best climate in the world for civialisation. Low/high of 9-15C in winter and 16-22 in summer, with even rainfall and sunshine around the year. No risk of heat or cold damage or problems. No risk of drought.

Cfa probably
Long growing season, plenty of rain that is well distributed through the months, and warmth/mildness.

Cfa (humid subtropical with year-round rain) is easily the best. SE/Mid-Atlantic US, SE AU, Argentina/Uruguay, parts of Italy, France and Croatia. Regions that support populous yet developed societies.

No. Even though Cwa has a high population, it's not very civilized. It's overpopulated, and its populations are so large that it makes life worse off for the people in Cwa zones. Just compare quality of life in the Cfa vs Cwa. It is clear that Cfa (and Csa) far outdo Cwa. Cfa is the ideal balance of high quality of life and large population.

Probably Cwa because hot rainy summers are best for agriculture. And a cool (but not too cold) dry winter helps keep pests under control. Though Cfa isn't much worse.
Also, tropical highlands because for most people they are comfortable year-round and require minimal use of heat or A/C, thus lowering energy use. Though the tradeoff is it's worse for agriculture, especially if it's mountainous.
Which areas have the highest population and/or quality of life in this world is not necessarily a direct result of climate.
Other than not being a desert or subpolar climate it doesn't matter much though. People are good at adapting.

Any “C” climate, f/s/w doesn’t really matter.
