Aside from the sucko winters, Baengnyeongdo is the best.

Yeongdeok (sunniest)
Summers are too wet and cloudy and winters are a bit dry, but it's decent nonetheless.

Jeju City. Worse temps than Sepgwipo but the I like the sunnier, drier, less humid summers.

I'll pick the warmest one, Seogwipo. Looks pretty decent. Winters aren't too bad - mostly dry and somewhat sunny. And it looks like they still manage a few snowy days a year. How are the storms?

Yeongdeok for the sun, and combination of somewhat decent winters and decent non-washed-out summers.
Would've chosen the coldest but those summers are horrible.
I didn't realize cloudiest/sunniest isn't that big of a difference in South Korea...

Warmest. Hardly many 'extremes' in that country.
Can somebody do Japan? It's got very snowy climates and as well very subtropical (bordering tropical) in the far southern islands.

Baekyreongdo is just off the coast of southwesternmost North Korea, quite a bit west of the North-South land border where the coast bends to the west. Its precipitation stats are closer to what I'd expect for coastal Northern China than the Korean peninsula...
