I commend all of them with the exception of Mynshilki for impressive seasonal temperature variation though.

Shardara, wettest of the non-polar options. Temps are very good save for the midwinter. Even so, not the best climate in KZ, a country far from the Mediterranean with nice Mediterranean climates.
