Iskenderun. Summers are a little too hot and dry (yet humid) but the rest of the year is very good.

Cizre looks like a super wet version of an Iraqi climate. Pretty cool.
Anyway out of those I'll go with Mardin, it has the most positives for me.

İskenderun.

Iskenderun. Hopa and Rize have near ideal temps but I don’t want boatloads of rain. So of the rest, Iskenderun has the most comfortable months and doesn’t have bone dry summers.

Hopa(Wettest). Basically the same precipitation amount/pattern with Rize but spring days are slightly warmer.

These are all crap, but Hopa is the least crap.

Mardin has the best temps of the bunch and it's Mediterranean of course. Cirze and Iskenderun are too hot and humid in summer, respectively.

Mardin, İskenderun seems a bit warm and humid overall.
