Both A climates but I'll go with Nouméa due to my current obsession.
I wouldn't mind living in either place either, but I think the warmer one would be better long-term. I'd like to grow shit outdoors that can't grow in subarctic hellholes.

Nouméa for not being bitterly cold and snowy. Nouméa actually looks awesome for the tropics, it would beat many temperate climates too.

NOUMÉA !!!, you won't experience the same stifling heat as in Singapore or Bangkok. Constant easterlies(trade winds) will efficiently cool you down, maintaining a balmy atmosphere—the perfect tropical paradise you've always dreamed of.

I've been to Noumea in November/December, it was generally nice but with frequent rain.
It's still better than Urea though.
