I'm talking about Florida, Uruguay, possibly my favorite climate in the world and absolutely deserving of an A+. I have basically nothing to complain about. It ticks all the boxes:
Pleasant temperatures year-round with decent seasonal variation
Enough rain to support lush vegetation, distributed among all seasons, but not too many rainy days
Good mix of sunny and cloudy days in all seasons, slightly favoring sun overall
Decently variable winters, not nearly like US South but still variable enough
Summer minima are cool but not too chilly
