Worlds apart culturally and climatically.... Which place do you prefer ? oh and rate the climates in your comments.... KALUMBURU, WA: Climate: The KรถppenโGeiger climate classification system classifies its climate as tropical savanna (Aw) with very hot daytime temperatures year round and cool winter nighttime temperatures. notes:- Kalumburu, despite its near coastal location deep in the AU tropics, has recorded some surprisingly low min temps ! COLUMBIA, MO: Climate: Columbia has a humid continental climate (Kรถppen Dfa) marked by sharp seasonal contrasts in temperature, and is in USDA Plant Hardiness Zone 6a.

Kalumburu. Both climates are more or less equidistant from my ideal climate's annual mean, I'll pick the warmer one in this case
Oh, and ratings?

A hot climate (as bad as it is) still trumps a climate with cold snowy winters.

Kalumburu wins because Columbia's winters are just too cold and dry. Also Kalumbaru gets tons of epic dry heat.

Columbia: C+ Kalumburu: D
Wow, it seems like people so far are willing to put up with quite a bit to avoid winter, even one that's not particularly extreme. 5-3 in favor of Kalumburu right now including my vote for Columbia.

But muh 0C isotherm, muh subtropical Missouri climates
Both are shit climates but I guess I'll go with Columbia just for more variety instead of hot af and hot.

Kalumburu obviously. I don't like how dry the dry season is but otherwise that is one amazing climate.
