Which one is the best? This only includes NCDC climate sites Warmest annual mean (Southport) Warmest monthly average high (Laurinburg) Coldest annual mean + coldest monthly average low (Mount Mitchell) Wettest (Lake Toxaway) Driest (Asheville*) *Downtown site, a few airport sites elsewhere (e.g. Monroe) have slightly lower annual precip but appear wrong

Southport for the seabreeze. But I might prefer Laurinburg's colder winters considering how hot the summers are.

Asheville. Make summers a bit cooler and less humid and you have an awesome climate.

Laurinburg. Best temps of the bunch and less summer rain than most. Looks almost identical to here, except a bit drier in the winter/spring.
