Which one is the best? NCDC sites only Warmest annual mean (McAllen) Warmest monthly average high (Boquillas) Coldest annual mean (Bravo) Coldest monthly average low (Lipscomb) Wettest (Beaumont*) Driest (Tornillo) *Wettest with complete temp + precip data, nearby Kountze has slightly more precip (65.46") but only has precip data

Beaumont, it's the only one with enough rain, and its temperatures are mild as well. Solid A climate.

Bravo for the coolest summers. Too dry. Beaumont is not what most people would think of as a Texas climate.

Tornillo I guess for best temps, but these extremes are all too extreme. Give me a nice central TX climate over any of these.
