Flagstaff has a pretty unique climate. Located on a Colorado Plateau in northern Arizona, with an elevation of 6,821 ft (2,079 m), Flagstaff has a cool and snowy climate despite its proximity to deserts all around it. How would you rate it? PS. Don't believe the UV index in the weather box. I wouldn't be surprised if the average UV index in summer was 12 rather than 6.

D
Very short crummers with bitterly cold nights year round. Only thing that's got going is that the plentiful sunshine would make up for the cold some and there's some storms during the North American Monsoon, but that's it. That freezing record low even in July...god.

E, shitty cold snowy winters, horrifically cold lows all year, and a summer monsoon. The saving grace is that high temps are never too too heinously cold and that dry June is nice.

B. Slightly better than Fort Collins, July and August are amazing. Winter is too long, cold, and sunny though.

Around C+/B-. Chilly summer nights aren't my cup of tea and the driest months occur at the worst possible time. Otherwise it could be worse.

D+, it's too cold but at least precipitation is decent by Arizona standards. Sunshine and UV are too high but it makes it feel less cold at least.

Nights are too cold and it's too cold in general. However, it gets plenty of sun, snow and T-storms, so it's not that bad.
