When I was younger I used to think 5C was frigid cold and I needed several layers of clothing to be confortable. Now 5C is long sleeve shirt weather. Surprisingly, my heat tolerance hasn't changed since then.
How I roughly perceived temperatures 15 years ago compared to today:
30C has always been too hot for me. It feels as hot today as it felt when I was younger
25C always gave me a an equal slight discomfort regardless of my age.
20C was very comfortable when I was younger, now it's too warm during nighttime, although still comfortable during the day.
15C was long sleeve shirt weather when I was younger, now it's T shirt weather
10C was jumper weather when I was younger, now it's T shirt weather
5C was very chilly when I was younger, I used to dress up in a jumper beneath a coat, sweatpants and wool socks at this temperature, now it's long sleeve shirt weather
0C made me dress up in a jumper beneath a coat, sweatpants, wool socks, gloves and cap, now it's long sleeve shirt weather
-5C made me dress up in full arctic gear, now it's jumper weather

Yes, I'm much more cold tolerant now than 10 years ago. I used to be severely underweight due to a medical condition, so that would explain it. I needed ridiculous wasteful temperatures like 22°C in mid winter to feel warm, now I am happy with 12-16°C.

My cold tolerance has always been low, but it took a big hit a bit after I turned 18. Before, I thought anything above 80 was too hot to sleep in. Now, I prefer my bedroom being in the 80-85 range.

I definitely have a higher heat tolerance now than compared with, say, when I was 12.

Yes, I'm more cold tolerant now than when I was a kid. Started to get more cold tolerant in my teens. Got more comfortable with colder air and interestingly, colder water too. Better blood circulation, I guess?
Also more heat tolerant.

Nope, cold tolerance is only decreasing as I get older. I feel cold much of the time now and heat rarely bothers me.

This is largely psychological (novelty wearing off) and due to moving to a warmer climate, though the past couple of years I've felt that my tolerance to cold temps has gone down. I've always found it easier to acclimatize to warm/hot temps to cold temps, though.

I have become more cold tolerant from childhood to now. I always attributed it to being larger, and larger things hold onto heat better due to a smaller surface area to volume ratio. Sort of like how women get cold more easily than men on average (tho I think that also has to do with blood flow or something). I have also heard that older adults tend to get cold more easily than younger adults, but it'll be a while before I have to worry about that.

I have become more heat tolerant since I was a kid, but the last few years have been about the same.
I have felt less cold tolerant since moving to a warmer climate (SLO), but maybe part of it is because it's usually just cold at night here, and the usual clear skies lead to radiative cooling. And I'm more likely tired at night.

Not sure if it's changed for individual temps but for whole months its gone down since moving to a milder climate. For example, I hated how cold January and March 2023 were but they would've both been well above average in Rochester.

I've become less cold tolerant (but I've never really liked cold) and much more heat tolerant than when I was a kid. 10 years ago, I liked cool (not cold) temps more, and would have thought ideal spring/fall weather to be 60-65ºF and sunny, with mild to warm coastal SoCal summers.

Less cold tolerant. Anything below 20C without sunshine feels cool to me and anything under 12/13C feels freezing (as a daytime max).
A dry 30-35C is now pretty nice to me whereas when I was younger I'd be less fond of heat.

I've always disliked the cold so have no desire to live anywhere cold. I have no tolerance for it. Eg: a 35c day in Darwin today after a 26.5c min.... well above the means for May, but at least the DP's were sub 20c ( just ). I struggle working in cooler conditions, and can cope with heat and humidity.....
