My dream climate has temperatures that would be below average every month in my current climate. But April is the month where I care about below-normal temperatures the least. A very cold April after a warm March can also damage plants, as happened in April 2018.

Any summer month because it doesn't make the heat feel meaningfully less severe.

I would think below average March sucks the most here, though I haven't experienced it. Either way it's sometime in winter or spring, because summer and autumn have pretty good temperatures. Don't mind a chilly fall so much after the summer heat, but an extended winter would suck.

Still going with November. When it’s cold, it’s basically a 4th winter month
