inb4 "oh no nino bellov slavic climates" This one is pretty unique because it rains a hell of a lot for some reason that I have yet to work out. I give it a D- because it sucks but it's interesting for the region.  |

Maded up numbers. Weatherbase is not a true source. Although according to Infoclimat they've averaged around 1400mm the last 17 years
