One of those awful Tassie climates without many redeeming features.... And little if any chance of getting a suntan with only 16.5 clear days a year....yuk !! Anyways, rate away.... not been there myself, but one of our ( Pilko's Chat On Weather FB Group ) lives there. ROSEBERY: Climate: Rosebery has a damp oceanic climate (Cfb) with mild moist summers and cool, very wet winters. Sunshine is low; The town only receives 16.5 clear days annually, and as much as 168.1 cloudy days per annum. February is the "driest" month and September is the wettest, as the westerly wind belt (i.e. roaring forties) prevails the region.

C-. No reliable warm season, but I don't think that's a deal breaker

Cool year-round with no warm season. At least it doesn't have hideously cold winters.

D+, great mild rainy winters, but due to lacking any consistent warmth and summer dryness, I can't justify grading it any higher.

Solid E. Still better than places like Toronto.

C-. No reliable warmth but not an atrocious climate either. Surprisingly its 168 cloudy days per annum is lower than Melbourne's.

C- Scottish crummers mixed with chilly, wet winters. Not great, but the lack of a freezing winter saves it from a worse grade.
