A poll on the UK weather forum, Netweather.tv: "Climate wise, if you could immigrate to another [european] country where would it be?"
So, I made a poll, where you vote on which country YOU think most netweather members voted for if they could move to any other country in Europe.
Which country do you think got the most votes?

Faroe Islands is my guess, though if I had my way, I'd send those fizzer trolls to live in Bangkok for a few weeks, and without air conditioning or fans.

One of the coldies on the site was going on about loving pleasant sunny winter mornings so I showed him the climate table for Bangkok as a suggestion. He balked at it of course, saying "No thanks. I mean sunny, crisp and frosty". My bad. After all he didn't say "frosty" the first time.

I suspect this thread is a bit too parochial for this forum - but the actual country voted most popular for immigrating from England was ICELAND. Scotland was the second most popular. Faroe Isles was mentioned once - the winters are far too mild for netweather cold wankers. They prefer well below freezing and tons of snow.

My guess would have been Scotland or Iceland myself. Not surprised.

I'd guess Spain, considering that's where many Brits actually move to enjoy the warm, drier climate.

It could be common to weather forums in general, because it's the same deal in Australia. My guess is that most people prefer warm weather, so those who prefer the cold are trying to find their 'community'.

bit of a weird thread but yeah I'm not surprised, like cawfee said above the weatherzone forums were similar. what was weird was that most of the cold foamers were already from the cooler climates like victoria and tasmania

And on that one day of heat, they start prattling on about bushfires and other guilt farming bullshit. Absolute flogs, they can all get their houses licked by flames up their shit laden clackers๐๐๐๐๐๐๐
