I don't care how somewhere compares with its latitude. Just whether it suits my prefs or not. Basically this is OK most of the year, dry and useable weather for outdoor activities - except the warmest months. So I'd give it a B-.

That's even more of an utter pisstake than Lima. C-; temperatures are comfortable enough even despite lacking excitement or consistent warmth, but that level of aridity is hideous.
