Caucasia, Colombia (Whites)  Negros, Philippines  I prefer Whites because it's wetter and the lows are a tad more comfortable year-round. |

Both are virtually the same except for less precip and smaller diurnals in Negros, it boils down to whichever one gets more storms on average.

Caucasia for cooler lows. This was a tough choice tho, as I don't like its excessive rain.
