Whiskeytown for being the rainiest of the Mediterranean options. This was a tough choice though, there are 3 other climates that qualify as A+ here, but Whiskeytown had the best combo of warm spring highs and a lot of rain. Whiskeytown would be my 2nd option, but for me I reckon it has too much rain. Also Islahiye's winters are marginally better in terms of temperature too. Islahiye is 2nd best here for me, it's just a tad too chilly in winter. Still an A+ climate

Oracle has the best combination of storms, not crazy hot summers, and cool winters to me. Santa Barbara is comfortable but boring, top 3 still. Fengqing - is that summer rain steady frontal rain, or does it get storms? If it gets a lot of thunder and lightning, I'd rate it in the top 3. Steady rain...still maybe top 3. Summer monsoon is not my favorite but it's better than a completely dry summer.
Most of these are out of the running immediately because summer is too hot. Highland climates would beat most of these.
