Who doesn't love spring and fall? Nice weather, new life in the spring, beautiful colors in the fall, great for outdoor activities. Those seasons are generally far too short so I've lengthened them substantially for your enjoyment. Now, you can't have a spring and a fall without a real summer, no crummers in this magical place, Summer is hot and sunny every year with some blockbuster thunderstorms and potential for extreme heat. As far as winter goes, everyone needs some snow to get in the holiday spirit. Bask in the beautiful winter wonderland for a few months before spring makes it's early and most welcome return!

Most of the year is good (albeit way too dry in spring) except the winter, which while nice and short, is cold and still gets weeks of snow cover likely. I canโt give this any good grade because of that, so itโs a middling C.

Most of the year is decent, so I'll give it a B-. Too dry overall...needs more rain. More storms would help the rating also. July is too hot but it's livable and the storms help. December and January mean temps are too mild for me, but if it's guaranteed to get snow cover for a few weeks then I can tolerate it.
Are the summer daily means like this, with a big step change and a relatively flat peak? June 20 78/60 July 1 88/70 July 10 89/71 July 20 89/71 August 1 82/64 Or like this, with a sharp intense peak? June 20 78/60 July 1 82/64 July 10 96/78 July 20 96/78 August 1 84/63 August 10 80/62 I don't know what is better...maybe the guaranteed week of miserable heat that I can plan around. Take a vacation somewhere else or at least don't do much outside during the day that week.
Winter would be much shorter if there was an intense peak, but I don't mind that. Better to get a few weeks of cold and snow than a long in-between season.
