Réunion
That Argentinian one is interesting though. Such cold record lows all year.

San Luis Rio Colorado has the best temp to seasonality ratio out of these, though it doesn't appear to get enough precip and storms, therefore I'll give it to Saint Louis in Senegal.

San Luis, Argentina despite being rather dry. The next best are St. Louis, MO, San Luis Obispo, and São Luiz Gonzaga in no particular order

Poll should've been multiple choice. Some rather good "selectable" ones up there. I'd go with Réunion. San Luis Potosí is a very close call too.

SLO, CA wins it for the good combo of warm temps and Mediterranean rainfall pattern. The Argentine one has an even better temp profile, but the rainfall pattern is dreadful.

1.Argentina (best temps + sun + rain combo, but too dry in winter) 2.Mexico (prefer if wetter and more seasonality, but good sunshine) 3.California (not seasonal enough but too dry, but likely good sunshine) 4.Brazil (good amount of rain, but not sunny enough and a little too warm) 5.Réunion (decent temps and rainfall, but too warm for too long)
Rest are IDC
