I'll do just population centers/towns with at least 10,000 people, to simplify things and make it a bit more interesting. What's your pick? North America (Victoria, Texas) South America (Concepcion, Paraguay) Europe (Seville, Spain)* Asia (Islamabad, Pakistan) Oceania (Broome, Australia)** Africa (Tete, Mozambique)** *Not including fake rooftop stations and islands which are geopolitically but not geographically Europe (e.g. Malta) **There are places with better temps in north Africa and northern SA/southern NT in Australia, but those tend not to get much in the way of rain/storms

Victoria for having some seasonality without overly wet/dry months

Victoria for having some cool weather and decent precip year round. Sevilla is the most comfortable but too dry

Concepcion for the low chance of frost and the very short dry season.

Victoria easily, wet all year round and wintry weather every year

Tete. Warmest winters with less oppressive summer lows than Broome. Too dry but still seems to manage a lot of storms.

Concepcion, but really a toss of a coin re the others.... Broome looks good on the climate box, but in reality the 'build up' season there is truly horrendous !!

Seville I guess, but Concepcion might be a close call

Sevilla obviously, it's not even close. Great temps and a good rainfall pattern

Sevilla for the least lightning frequency and lowest average DP during the summer.
