Sao Paulo—more storms, less humidity, cooler summers Not sure about how many storms impact Brisbane, but the spring/summer I worked there there were shitloads. And while s e QLD and n e NSW don't get as many a year as the Darwin district, the storms around Brissy are of exceptional quality including super cells and associated hail and is a fav location for storm chasers in AU.

And while s e QLD and n e NSW don't get as many a year as the Darwin district, the storms around Brissy are of exceptional quality including super cells and associated hail and is a fav location for storm chasers in AU. Was looking at this map which says it only gets about 25 a year. Good to know they’re of high quality though, definitely a boost although São Paulo would still win for the cooler temps and lower humidity in summer.
