Two places with annual means 2°F apart, one has seasonality, the other does not; one has extreme heat and humidity that occasionally sees dewpoints approach 90°F and cool winters but a hyperdry desert and the other has year-round moderate heat and isn't arid. Two WWF members in here live in those respective places as well.

Bangkok for rainfall and less extreme heat.
I'm sure Doha's means have warmed a bit. Winters have warmed slightly, and summers significantly.

Bangkok for getting rain more than once in a blue moon and at least semi-tolerable temps/humidity year round

90s with 75 f dews isn’t moderate heat. Doha is the easy winner for having 5 pleasant months, Bangkok probably is lucky to have 5 pleasant days in a year.

I'll pick Doha for having a mild season, but it's not much better than Bangkok.

Bangkok. Doha does have a much longer and cooler "winter" but it also stays hotter for longer (May-Sep are all warmer than BKK's hottest month). It also seems to have similar (or worse) humidity in its hot season without the payoff of storms. Lastly, it's dry as a bone.

Bangkok is much hotter and seems to also get shockingly brutal dew points, but it isn’t guaranteed humid heat hell like anywhere along the Persian Gulf or Red Sea. (Or the Indus Valley for that matter.) easy reluctant Bangkok vote.
