C+ for having comfortable temperatures year-round and half-decent precip. But it has basically no seasonal variation and is as devoid of thunderstorms as Seattle.

B+, inoffensive comfortable warm temps and a good rainfall pattern/amounts. Just needs more seasonal temperature variation to warrant a higher grade.
