Main changes:
- cooler temperatures in all seasons except summer: I've been preferring this crisp fall weather more now, though I still want a warm summer and a balance between heat and cold.
- a slight winter drying trend: realizing I like rain at mild to lukewarm temperatures more than cold rain. But winter still has enough rain to be interesting. Early fall is the wettest time of the year with spring as a secondary peak, since I prefer spring to be sunnier.
- slightly more precipitation days and slightly less precipitation. Changed the thresholds for precip and snow days from 0.5 mm and 0.5 cm to 1 mm and 1 cm respectively.
