At 27.8°C, Doha has one of the highest mean temps for its latitude, and new means are likely much warmer as Qatar and the eastern Arabian coast is one of the fastest warming non-polar regions. With 27.8°C there isn't much diversity as all climates are lowland tropical or arid subtropical, so here's a selection of climates within 0.3°C of Doha's mean temp using the old means. You have 3 hyper-dry and 3 very wet climates. First we start in Wadi Halfa with severe summers, cool winters and no precipitation. Then we move to Abu Dhabi, where summers are even hotter with extreme humidity, and some precipitation. Now we move east where we get occasional summer rainfall. Now we reach the wet zone in Shirali with its hot pre-monsoon and extreme wet/dry seasonal contrasts. Moving further east we reach Trat, a very wet climate with less extreme wet/dry contrasts. It's a very lightning prone area. Now we reach the far east with our last climate, which has a year-round wet season and slightly less thunderous than Trat, but still very thunderous.

Trat. Not arid and has some non-washout months.

Either Hyderabad or Shirali, voted the former with the toss of a coin

Doha would be the best one. Of these, Wadi Halfa for the same reasons as AJ1013

Shirali. They're all humid, at least one provides some rain. Terrible bunch anyway.

Hyderabad, it is by far the most comfortable of these. Not as much searing heat like the other deserts, but also no extreme monsoon. It's the happy medium

These are all miserable. Trat for the storms and the lack of a severely hot build-up season. But unlike Hinatuan it has defined seasons.

Trat. They have beautiful islands in that part of Thailand. I didn't realise it was that wet though, thought it would be 1500-2000 mm like BKK. For sure they get a lot of storms though and the winters would be mostly dry, sunny and noticeably less humid.
