Seattle, a dry summer oceanic climate with little snowfall. Kanazawa, a humid subtropical/warm temperate snowy climate with warm stormy summers.

Both have crap winters, but Kanazawa is obviously infinitely better as it actually gets a summer.

Seattle, Kanazawa is way too wet, and is also cloudier than Seattle

Kanazawa gets much more of interest but is disgustingly wet. Seattle wins, too much heavy cold rain in that other climate.

Kanazawa for being warmer most of the year and getting more thunderstorms, though not by a lot

If you put a climate battle of Seattle or London to other cities. You know what my answer is.

Kanazawa, incomparable summers, and in those winters it may aswell snow. Likely gets 1000 times more storms aswell. No brainer.

Kanazawa for the temperatures. Seattle wins everything else (rain, sun etc) but the temperatures are so mild and ass

Seattle of course for drier summers and milder, less snowy winters.

Seattle, sunnier & way less snowier. Sure, while Seattle's summers are a bit weak, their high sunshine hours make up for them.
The other is one is like a cloudy La Nino Sydney summer, on top of its slushy snowy winters. Ew.

This is a hard one. Kanazawa would be an easy win because of those epic summers, but it gets more snow than where I live, on the other hand, Seattle's crummers are maddening...
Going with Seattle. At least I don't have to deal with winter driving there nearly as much.

Seattle for being way less snowier even though the summers are a bit boring with not much rain and storms. However, Kanazawaโs summers are not that great either with their high humidity and cloudiness.
