Palomares for the better summer temps. Worse for summer rain, and thunderstorms, but I can't handle Ben's summers.

Palomares for being cooler overall and getting more snow.
It has my preferred precipitation pattern and at least summer isn't completely miserable even though the average lows are definitely too warm for me.

Both are good, but Benny's wins due to being wetter on annual average and warmer year-round.
