They're both F climates, but it's an easy choice to pick Laxaria for not being dangerously cold.

Yakutsk. I guess I'll have to be trained in how to survive dangerously cold winters without suffering frostbite or directly freezing to death, but it still sounds slightly better than getting depressed until commiting suicide in an eternally cold, cloudy, and rainy hellhole.
