Auf Clocker has an unusual DWb climate with cold, dry winters, and a very humid, mild and extremely dull and rainy monsoonal summer. In winter it is also dull, there is a nearly constant cloud layer through which the sun is sometimes seen, but it rarely casts a shadow, therefore the low sunshine hours then also.

Places inland at high latitude can get surprisingly big diurnal ranges with even 0 recorded sunshine. Also in the UK there've been days where it went from -18°C to -1/-2°C with no sun recorded all day, such as in December 2010. Furthmore, this isn't necessary intended to be an earth climate. It's a fictional climate, which also happens to have physics which are in line with what could happen on an earthlike planet.

Scott Base, Antarctica appears to be the climate on earth that infact exceeds Auf Clocker's winter temperature range despite having 0 sunshine at all in its coldest month (given its latitude). So, in the nature of my method of generating fictional climates which are physically plausible but not necessarily on earth, as opposed to physically implausible climates; an earth like climate with a few alterations to the layout of the continental landmasses can produce something like Auf Clocker's horrible climate. I haven't cast my vote yet, so I'll rate it F+. Winters being too cold are the main reason. Summers are acceptable temperature wise, but very damp, which restricts the climate to an F. The idea of this climate was that it is intended to be awful for most of the year without being exactly the same (like an Antarctic climate as above) all the time.

D Average temperatures are excellent. Everything else is horrendous. Spring looks like the "best" time of year with decent sunshine. Very cursed.

Even with plausibility/realism of winter diurnals aside, this climate would still get an F from me
