I made Spring City cooler, wetter and snowier. Record temps were made less extreme and there's not as much variability when it comes to mean maxima/minima. It's also cloudier, with sunshine hours similar to Seattle. Averages 28 thunder days a year.

E+ Like some wet place in Colorado or Washington. Way too chilly all year round. Horrific for plant life. The + is for the brief sunny, pleasant summers, even though their lows are cool enough for your breath to show.
P.S. The mean maximums/minimums are so confusing. Not sure why Wikipedia has allowed them. I tend to confuse them for the daily maximum/minimum averages.

Definitely not an improvement, it's your worst one yet. E+ due to the horrifically cold, snowy, long winters. At least summer is nice warm dry and sunny.

Wow this is awful. Hellishly long winters, 4 months without even reaching 50 is so bad. And to make matters worse, temps fall off a cliff in fall and barely warm up in spring so basically only 5 months a year even get to 70. Thatโs like Fairbanks or Umea. Plus spring is super rainy, so even though temps are milder most days are still washed out and shitty so it takes until late may/early June for nice weather and then itโs gone in a flash by late September. E+.
Funny thing is, winters are actually really good for those temps, being wet and snowy. But when thereโs a complete lack of any mild days for 4 months and November is a bona-fide winter month, itโs just awful. That November is hell on earth.

C. 4 seasons climate so that's a pro and I do like the quick autumn cooldown but the excessively long, snowy and rainy winters would start to get on my nerves. Also the med precip pattern is shit.

D It actually got worse: cooler summers and shoulder seasons, too much precipitation during the colder part of the year, and more cloud cover overall.

I was initially thinking to give a solid D grade, then realized there are no truly uncomfortable months, unlike in the Southeast U.S. So I changed my mind to a C-.

Sorry man, this is a downgrade. Ridiculously snowy winters and weak crummers.
