Like Lima but cooler, a true office indoor temperature style climate. However, for some interest there's a two month "wet season" with a few thunderstorms. I give it a B, as it could be a bit sunnier.

No heat, no excitement except for the rare storm, piss poor sun hours. Only doesn't get the F due to pleasant temps and the lows.

Depressing. Sunshine makes a huge difference -- If this were 1500 hrs sunnier it would've been a B+.
