Pretty interesting climate even as far as Japanese climates go...although the summers are way too wet. Its relatively low latitude prevents severe average winter temperatures but also allows for the very wet summers. Likewise, its high elevation gives it the much cooler summer temperatures. I'll give it a B-.

Although winters are good for the fact there's 215cm of snow per winter and averaging 170 hours/month in winter but there's no actual good month for me. No month with warmth, sun and little rain. So I'll have to give it a F+.

D-
Shit crummers, overly snowy, rediculously wet, cloudy as hell.

I'll give it a B-. Welcome back I really miss the E as an option, has to be F+ now, because it does simply noy qualify for a D due to those horrific, wet summers. I think the sea-effect snow would get slightly old too.

I was going to go with F seeming as there's no E as well, but actually I changed to a D because of how sunny those winters are, that plus the low latitude (36-37N) would make winter a whole different experience to where I live. I suppose I'd have to really embrace winter sports if I lived there because I wouldn't want to be outdoors much in those horrific wet summers

C. Summer lows are a little too warm. If its midsummer range was 10.1°-27.4° C instead of 15.1°-22.4° C, I'd rate it a B.

Just about every dreadful feature a climate could have.

D, the winters look interesting, but the rest of the year is wet, humid, and cloudy. Summers are a complete fail

I'm not sure. The numbers don't tell me anything. I need anecdotes, I NEED ANECDOTES.

I'd give it a B because I like the snowy winters and rainy summers, but it's too mild year-round for me and a bit too cloudy.

Temps aren't too dissimilar to here, I could live with them: summer temps look like Oxelösund nearer the Baltic Sea here, but the problem is that monsoon. Gracious me how it ruins the thing completely. Also, the snow in winter is comparable to Rochester, isn't it?

Gracious me how it ruins the thing completely. Also, the snow in winter is comparable to Rochester, isn't it? Rochester’s actually snowier but gets more December-February rather than January-March like in this place. The slow spring warmup, the cool summers are already bad and then that monsoon just make unlivable.
