I realized we haven't actually rated this one yet, not even in CD. This is a four-seasonal climate, with albeit a little warm winters for snow lovers, but with cold enough lows to see a fair amount of snowy days. Still the days are pretty mild, especially in the snowy mountains empowered sun. The summers are pretty warm to hot, but with cool nights and very low humidity making it a little more comfortable. The rainfall is moderate and evenly distributed, perfect for that famous French temperate vegetation. However, the most strikikg feature of the climatw is the mind boggeling 2500h of sunshine. That's far higher than anything else in Europe that sees precipitation in the summer. And although the summers are very sunny as well, the sunshine in the winter is the most striking. March has even more sun hours than April! Imagine all the sunny and comfortably mild winter days with freezing nights and perhaps even snow! For me it barely makes an A. If I weren't to go for as warm winters as possible, this would be the best in the world probably. The sunshine is what makes it totally unique.

I really like the avg high temps(except July and August), record highest temps in every month, precipitation amount and distribution. They deserve somewhere between B+ or B.

B-
Too cool winter highs, and I'd loved a month at around 25ยฐC normal highs.

D+
Winters are too cold. The highs of July+August seem too out of kilter with other months but are nice. Summer nights too cool though. Still obviously an oceanic climate.

Weak C. Precipitation days are too few, and its summer humidity is too high for 27ยฐ C; at that temperature, the ideal relative humidity would be 0-30%. Doesn't look like it gets many storms either, which further worsens its rating.

D. Summer nights too cold, highs barely passable, the rest of the year is no good.

It's really about the same humidity as Paris. Average DP about 12-15'C 60% hunidity at 20'C is a 12'C DP which is very dry

Average DP about 12-15'C 60% hunidity at 20'C is a 12'C DP which is very dry I wouldn't call 12ยฐC very dry... it's quite a moderate range(10~13ยฐC) but closer to dry side than humid side no doubt.

You are not going to find a lower average DP with 20'C means that isn't a desert. 13'C is dry on Weatherspark.

If it gets frequent storms, it would be a strong C to weak B.

Well, to be accurate, the relative humidity iasbased upon the average if the entire day. taking the dividing the sum of max/min temps by two doesn't give the same value as averaging the temp for each of the 24 hours of the day (might be cool for the most time, then hot for a short time).

Excellent overall! an A from me, could be slightly wetter and a tad warmer in some of the transition months perhaps. It has better sun than Turin or Grenoble with similar temps, bit cooler nights though, very nice even dist of sun as well.

B-. Inoffensive but still generally too cool year-round. Nice that summer is relatively dry.
