Decent precipitation pattern and totals and comfortable/boring temps. I'm sure thunderstorms are very common so I'll give it a B-. Sunshine levels are probably around 2200 annually.

D+ The UV radiation will be very nasty there, so even though highs will be comfy, the only time a white person will be able to be outside in t-shirt and shorts is during sunsets, evenings and mornings, and then it's too chilly anyway

Way too bland. Better than a lowland equatorial climate I guess but still very boring. No variation at all. Gets an E for at least being comfortable.
