So, the last one of these was a complete failure, but I like the concept so I'm gonna try again. This tine it's Stuttgart, a little too mild winters for cold lovers, falls into the November extension category, but heat lovers might want to be warmer in the summers, and most might want it to be sunnier. No need to spell out my answer for you.

Better than Marburg and a little worse than Frankfurt/Kahl. Wikipedia is wrong by the way, here is the correct data: Stuttgart-Neckartal 1981-2010 (224 m): Stuttgart-Echterdingen 1981-2010 (371 m):

I think it's another station. The altitude doesn't match the others No it's the Echterdingen station with pimped up summer highs. There is only one other official station there at 314 m (Stuttgart Schnar.).

Easily better than Nyköping. No ifs or buts about that

April - October is vastly better than my climate so this is an easy choice. Winters are the only season to be colder, but these are drier.

I tend to be blinded by politics at times, so let's assume this would create a magic boundary surrounding the Platte Purchase and giving it Stuttgart's climate.
The answer would be yes. So much better.

Better winters—milder and drier. Worse the rest of the year though—colder spring, cooler summer, colder fall, more stable.
It’s not bad, C- material, but Rochester is a step above.

My current climate>>>>Stuttgart; much better lows and far stormier year round, with much more fog. A lot cooler, too.

I'd prefer Stuttgart. Even with the rather lame winters for the latitude and summer that's too cool, at least it has a decent seasonal range, gets snow every year, and doesn't get too much sun. Far from ideal though.

As someone who lived there for 14 months, I would choose there over Indiana though it's still quite tough to spend a summer without air-conditioned environment.

Wikipedia is wrong by the way, here is the correct data: Stuttgart-Neckartal 1981-2010 (224 m): Stuttgart-Echterdingen 1981-2010 (371 m): Yeah, the Neckartal station is the best one to represent the urban population. However I lived more elevated area so speaking my personal experience would be closer to Echterdingen.
