D for being too cold capable. What if I back in the day had made the record lows more like -15 which I probably would today for realism? Would that have salvaged a C? Lows would have to average below freezing in maybe 1 month. If all lows were above freezing then it could be a B. |

D+/C- because the diurnal range is way too large and the record lows are horrible. However, if you made the daily means the average low, and the average low the record lows then it'd be a B+/A
