Israel seems to be in the news lately so why not this? Also, this is, along with Tel Aviv, as extreme of a mediterranean patterns as you'll find anywhere in the world. C- for me. Too hot summers and probably a massive fire risk, but November to May would be very pleasant!

San Rafael for example has 4 <5mm months but February has 200mm

It's very nice indeed. The winters are a bit too cold, I would prefer around 20-22 and the summers a bit too warm for my liking. Solid B. But the Mediterranean is of course epic climate wise and I have paid a great deal of money over the years to spend some weeks in those places. Tenerife is my favorite though

F–. Can't see anything nice about this nasty climate; no storms or precipitation, no wind, sleepless summer lows, bland winters...fuck me dead!

B+. Excellent highs year-round but the summer lows are very oppressive. Also points off for the extreme dryness in July and August, must get very annoying

D-. Boring but at least it’s dry and pleasant much of the year.

F
There's not much to like. Summers are rainless but still very humid.

Haifa...ibu! Grade D-. There's nothing much to say, tolerable months are from mid-November to late-April as expected.
