Infoclimat is complete rubbish for Malta, where it only has the one station to get the data right. The averages are wrong for every month, the rainfall is wrong, the records are wrong, some ridiculously so, such as a coldest maximum temperature for March being 0.0C & May -26.2C lol. The only site that is even worse is Tutiempo, there they list countless minimum temperatures below freezing, when the record low at Luqa is 1.4C, as well as lots of days with snow reported, when it has never snowed there...

Infoclimate has some crap records but you can discount those.
Its usually less than 1 C different from Ogimet for daily/monthly data.
Not the best site but reliable enough.

Lol. I think I know what makes people think they're inaccurate. Sure records do go haywire sometimes. But who the fuck cares about that. Temperature averages are really accurate. As good or better than any other climate robot. No climate exterior climate robots are ever gonna be 100% accurate (and to be frank met offices can extrapolate or interpolate when there's missing data, which isn't accurate either) However, the data only goes back to 2000 for almost everywhere except France, England, Italy and I think Switzerland. That means that when you select 1981-2010 averages, it's actually only 2000-2010 averages which is what has caused a lot of confusion I think. It does work great for using the 2002-2016 period though!

UK_Palms' thermometer and LKJ1988's calendars are more accurate than Weatherbase.

Changing my vote to InfoClimat, from LKJ's Calendar.
ClimateData.org should be up there as well (at least for Australian locations).

Most of them are "worst" because they contain outdated or incorrect data. weatherbase, NASA stuff are worth noting.
Infoclimat.fr is not even the worst. Pogodaiklimat is pretty ok.

What did EverBlack do to get a spot in this poll?
Accuweather history and short-term forecast is reasonable at least at quick glance. Things like "90 day forecast" ruin all their credibility though. I don't use weatherbase or infoclimat.

I don't use weatherbase or infoclimat. YES. 100%. They like to pander to the lowest common denominator, of people who don't know the slightest thing about weather and want to think they know what the weather will be on their birthday or some other day in the future long before it happens.

Yeah their 90-day forecast is no better than the long-term seasonal forecasts of the forecast models
Inaccuweather says Turku will have its first freeze on 7 November. That would be a record.

(In)accuweather isn't *that* bad for Rome (they get temperatures to within a couple of degrees of Β°F, and at least they get the past highs/lows right), though they list the "average" high/lows are too low, and they often forecast the weather conditions incorrectly (eg. they would sometimes forecast dry, partly cloudy weather when all other forecasters/weather models forecast thunderstorms).

For Turku the actual temps are usually too low, and the averages are probably from the 61-90 normals, or totally pulled from their arses.

Inaccuweather isn't even accurate short term. UK_Palms 5 year averages are closer to reality than the ones found on Accuweather, and the real ones are freely available from the Met Office!

Yeah they seem to be using the 1961-1990 normals for Rome.
