Anyone seen this movie? It's a basically nothing more than a rip-off of the legendary 1983 movie "National Lampoon's Vacation". Basically the premise is that Rusty Griswold is now grown up and decides to take his own family on a trip to Walley World, just like Clark Griswold in the original movie.
The new movie is nothing but a poor rip-off, basically copying everything from the legendary original, but in a very poor, over the top, unrealistic fashion. The Albanian Van is ludicrously over the top, nonsensical and non-believable, whereas the Wagon Queen Family Truckster was an actual real-life parody of American cars at the time and therefore a funny legit pisstake.
All the jokes are nothing but scat, vomiting and the little shithead kid swearing, talking shit and choking his brother with a plastic bag, while his parents think it is endearing. All the jokes and gags are tryhard and degenerate into rape and pedo material, and not at all genuine, and are just very poor copies of the original movie. One standout was the rehash of the girl in the Ferrari, this time with some shit gangsta track and her being cleaned up by a semi. Hilarious.
The funniest part in the entire movie was Chris Hemsworth's character, and Chevy Chase's bumbling at the end. However, the re-appearance of the Family Truckster made me cringe as this movie is not worthy of it, and no one knows what happened to it as the titular adults flew to Paris and the 2 kids back to Chicago. The "holiday Road" song at the start and the numerous versions throughout made me cringe equally, as it was another ripoff of the original.
